Native iOS apps,
built to last.

I design and ship native iOS apps in Swift and SwiftUI — from the first sketch to App Store release.

What I do

Three ways I usually help

App development

End-to-end native iOS builds. Architecture, implementation, App Store submission and the release process that follows.

Rescue & refactor

Inherited a codebase that fights back? I untangle legacy UIKit, cut crash rates and make the build reliable again.

SwiftUI migration

Incremental moves from UIKit to SwiftUI without freezing your roadmap — screen by screen, shipping the whole time.

Apps I've shipped

First app is on the workbench

Nothing is on the App Store yet — I am building in the open and the first release lands here the day it ships. Want an early look, or a build of your own?

About

I build the kind of app
I'd want on my own phone.

  • Written scope and fixed milestones
  • Weekly TestFlight builds
  • You own the code and the accounts
  • App Store submission handled end to end

I'm Dmytro Grytsenko, an iOS engineer working out of Ukraine. I write Swift for a living and I care about the parts users never name out loud: launch time, scroll that never stutters, state that survives a force quit.

My work sits close to the platform. SwiftUI where it earns its keep, UIKit where it still wins, and a hard preference for Apple's own frameworks over another third-party dependency. That means fewer surprises at review time and an app that survives the next iOS release instead of scrambling for it.

I take on a small number of projects at a time — usually founders shipping a first app, or teams whose iOS codebase has outgrown whoever wrote it.

How it works

From idea to App Store

  1. 01

    Scope

We agree on what the first release actually needs — and what can wait. You get a written plan with milestones before any code is written.

  2. 02

    Build

Weekly TestFlight builds, so you are never guessing about progress. Architecture decisions are documented, not buried in commits.

  3. 03

    Ship

App Store submission, review responses, privacy declarations and release notes. I handle the paperwork that sinks first-time launches.

  4. 04

    Support

Crash monitoring and OS-upgrade maintenance after launch. New iOS every September should not be a surprise.
